4.Extra Charge
Generally, for the size of 24W 26W 28W or larger, we will charge a large size fee of USD 30 dollars, because the cost of materials and freight required for customizing such products will be higher. We will send a message to you as soon as we receive your order.
5.Cancel order before shipping
Because most of our products are custom made,if you want to cancel the order: We accept full refund within 24 hours after you placing the order; there is just 30% partial refund after you place the order more than 24 hours(the 30% is the cost of our material).
6. After-Sale Service
(1) After receiving the package, if there is any damage, please contact us in time. We will give you a full refund. Never hurt your rights! Do not confirm receipt and evaluation first.
(2) If it is due to logistics reasons, please do not worry, please contact us in time. We will send you a new one or a full refund. I believe you understand that these are not factors that the seller can control. Thanks for your understanding.
